Krochmal, welcome to WJ.
Wired Journalists is a network of professional (or plan on being professional) journalists.
Part of being professional is tell us who you are.
There's no reason not to use your full, real name in WJ. It will lend credibility to your contributions, provide an avenue for career advancement, and help you understand better what being a wired journalist is all about.
So, please, take a few minutes and update your profile with your full, real name.
So how did it go? We started a few weeks ago. One class is launched into blogs and video, the other's rounding the corner in typography and nearing the plunge into Soundslides. Maybe we should trade syllabi... Long way from Danbury, eh?

Hello all. Getting ready for a new semester to start. Teaching three classes -- two sections of JRNL 80 (online journalism) and JRNL 41 (photojournalism). Looking forward to the semester and pasting in the little section on my syllabus that says: "Professor reserves the right to change the syllabus in order to respond to the dynamics of the online media world."
