here's a suggestion of something I think it's worth writing about. I'm pasting the press release below so you all know what I'm talking about.

a matter of ethics

photo, video and text - there's only so much a person can do at once
I know we all need to adjust ourselves to new times, I know we all should be able to multitask, I know all that. But, sometimes, being a 'multimedia journalist' can be a lot of hard work.

I noticed your comment about U.S. regional groups. Are you in the "International" group? Maybe a "Europe" group would be better?
And, fwiw, understandable for people to go by the identity they use elsewhere, but for our group, we think it will help to just be open about who we are, what we do, and what we need or can contribute.
Wired Journalists is a network of professional (or plan on being professional) journalists.
Part of being professional is tell us who you are.
There's no reason not to use your full, real name in WJ. It will lend credibility to your contributions, provide an avenue for career advancement, and help you understand better what being a wired journalist is all about.
So, please, take a few minutes and update your profile with your full, real name.
