Retha Hill is a new professor at Arizona State University and Director of the Cronkite School of Journalism's New Media Innovation Lab. She came to Phoenix from Washington, D.C., where she was vice president of Content at BET.com; previously, she was executive producer of Washingtonpost.com. Retha was a Washington Post reporter for 8 years before getting the online bug in 1993. She joined Digital Ink in 1995 (The Washington Post's first online effort) as Metro editor.
