Bibliography suggestions for a study about blog as a journalistic media

Hey Luisa,

I completed my own dissertation into the blogosphere during 2008. As a rapidly accelerating medium for global communication, some of my own conclusions may already seem redundant. However, a lot of the resources I used should be of some use to you. Here's a list of books i feel would be most helpful:

Hewitt, Hugh. BLOG: Understanding the information reformation that’s changing your world. Nelson Books, 2005.

Kline, David and Burstein, Dan. Blog! How the newest media revolution is changing politics, business and culture. Squibnocket partners LLC, 2005.

Levinson, Paul. The Soft Edge – a natural history and future of the information revolution. Routledge, 1997.

Meyer, Philip. The Vanishing Newspaper – Saving Journalism in the Information Age. University of Missouri Press, 2004.

Wright, Jeremy. Blog Marketing – The revolutionary new way to increase sales, build your brand and get exceptional results. McGraw Hill, 2006.
