Content Management Systems - what is available & what do you chose?

What are the top SaaS servicing the newspaper industry right now? .... And pros and cons to a SaaS vs. in-house system? ..... And anyone have any experience with Town News' Blox?

We use APT's Falcon system for our print side and are getting ready to move to TownNews' Blox system for our online later this fall. Some of those that have already tried Blox have said they may try to use Blox for everything in the future.
What do you like about Blox? We're doing a demo of it tomorrow.
And I've come across the Ellington CMS, too. Did you look at that system? Do you know how it differs from Blox? At first glance, it looks like Ellington may provide more control over the cms and less nickel and diming?
Scripps' newspapers, Lawrence (Kansas) Journal-World and Las Vegas Sun are examples of sites running Ellington.

You could check with Matt Neznanski, another Wired Journalists member, about Blox. The Corvallis Gazette-Times uses it.

Good luck!
Thanks for all the feedback -- both here online and offline! We just did a demo with MediaSpan. Really liked how it can integrate with Newsedit pro and our circulation software. It's interface for editorial management looks pretty nice too. And the cms seems to have a lot of nice features.
